District 4 Report - April 2025

Hello Area 41, my name is Bob and I am the DCM for District 4. As DCM, I have been working diligently to encourage groups to get involved at the district level. I am also reaching out to groups without General Service Representatives (GSR) to appoint one and am in the process of updating the contact list. My objective is to have an updated list of meetings in our district ready to have an accurate count by July area meeting.

With elections coming up in October I am encouraging people to stand up for service positions for the next rotation. As I mentioned in my last report my goal is to have all the positions filled. I will retire from my job at the end of May and will be able to devote more time to this endeavor.

March 2nd was the young peoples hog roast in Freemont it was well attend and we put up a literature and Archives display. We switched our district meetings to every 2 months instead of 3, the main reason being to get more people involved in service work. For our August district meeting we will be putting on a service workshop it will also be a meet and greet and potluck. Flyers will be out soon. Our next district meeting is June 8, 2:00 in Fremont.
