Treasurer Report - October 2025

Thank you Area 41 for the opportunity to serve as your area treasurer for this rotation. The experience has made an indelible impact on my recovery and I shall be forever grateful for the experience. I look forward to working with our incoming treasurer to make her transition as smooth and painless as possible. In September, I had the opportunity to attend the West Central Regional Service Forum in Omaha. I got to learn quite a bit and was grateful for the opportunity to hear from so many dedicated servants of our fellowship. Hearing Dawn speak gave me a much deeper respect and appreciation for our Class A Trustees and the role they play in our Program. We were happy to take our newest Trustee at Large to dinner on Saturday; though a brief wave of fear overcame me as our “brief” five block drive back to the hotel turned into an hour stuck in a barely moving car. But thankfully we were able to accept the things we could not change and managed to return just in time to hear Dawn speak.

A final note on the forum, I want to extend a hearty thank you to the host committee! Jenny, Aubrie and all who assisted did a fabulous job!! As to the financial numbers, after fully funding the committees for the fourth quarter;

  • Main Account: $18,074.46
  • Prudent Reserve: $18,074.46
  • Total Expenses for quarter: $8,285.57
  • Total Contributions for quarter: $7,500.11
  • Year-to-date expenses: $30,373.58
  • Year-to-date contributions: $26,449.78

Again, my sincere thanks for allowing me to serve as your area treasurer. I look forward to whatever opportunities to be a service fate will provide me. Yours in gratitude, Brian R.
