Finance Committee Report - April 2025

Finance committee opened at 905 with 8 in attendance. Jeff read the traditions.

We began with a review and brief discussion of the hotel bids Russ had obtained for the next assembly hotel contract. We thanked Russ for all of his effort and agreed that all of the bids should be presented to the body when the item is presented to the fellowship We reviewed the summary of our monthly meetings, which are held on the second Tuesday of each month at seven pm via zoom. The highlights included approving the literature chair to attend the district 7 workshop in McCook at a cost of 238 We then reviewed the first quarter financial summary provided by the treasurer.

We discussed and approved a funding request from the area archivist for 169.68 for postage on office supplies. The rest of the time we spent finishing up our presentation table for the committee presentation.
