Registrar Report - October 2025
Greetings Area 41,
I am Zach, an alcoholic and your Area 41 Registrar. This last quarter was fairly quiet, again. This allowed me the opportunity to work with Sarah, again. We were able to revise the online forms. In an effort to simplify the process, members making changes at the District or group
level only have to use one form! I encourage you to use the electronics forms on the website. Typed forms remains very legible. Along with this change, we have developed a new paper form that combines all the previous paper forms into one, and it is bilingual, and it has a QR code,
and it has the website link, and it has the position email. They are available on the back table and for download at area41.org. Please take them, use them, and replace the old forms with the new one. Hopefully, these changes will eliminate some confusion, duplicate entries and
streamline the process. Thank you so much Sarah, for your assistance! If you have any problems, see errors or need assistance, please reach out. I look forward to being inundated with forms as you rotate.
This will be the last time you have to hear from me about the Fellowship Connection cleanup project. I continue to be available to help as needed. Current DCM’s: if you are one of those alcoholics that like to wait until the last minute, there is good news. You have approximately 113,820 minutes left in this rotation to get me your changes and information. Please reach out to me. Your groups, District, GSO, and the incoming trusted servants will be grateful for the hard work! Accurate information is essential to carry out our services, keep communication flowing up and down the triangle, and help the still suffering alcoholic in and out of the rooms. Thank you, again, for helping me and AA!
Thank you for the opportunity to serve. I am grateful for the chance to get to know you and serve AA in Nebraska. It has been a humbling and enriching experience. I have grown in my recovery. Thank you for your support, guidance, patience and continued example of dedicated,
principled service. Thank you so much for allowing me to serve!
Yours in service and gratitude,
Zach I.
