District 13 Report - April 2025

Hello Area 41,

My name is Bill M. and I am an alcoholic, DCM for District 13. The district had a busy fall and winter. Grant had a breakfast for dinner (48 in attendance) with a speaker meeting after lunch. The Friendship group had a New Years Eve party and the Sidney North Star and New Beginnings groups had a joint Round Robin (47 in attendance). The Friendship group has a Round Robin scheduled for June 1st at Arteburn Youth Center 305 W 10th St Ogallala starts at 11 (flyers coming soon)

We held our district meeting in Ogallala March 15th. There was an AA meeting at 11, pot luck lunch at 12 and district meeting at 1. We had 40+ in attendance and covered all the group GSR reports. I covered the old business and asked for group participation on the new business. I also discussed the new hybrid meeting procedure and handed out the page from the newsletter that gave step by step instructions on the hybrid meeting process.

I have encouraged all GSR’S and others to attend the upcoming Area 41 business meeting.
